Ms. Barbara Locke Billingsley, MSW, RSW, Social Worker, Psychotherapist

Barbara received her Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor, Ontario, Bachelor of Social Work Degree from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Western Ontario and is Registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She has provided counselling support in various roles over the past 15 years. As the founder of BLB & Associates, it is with hope that the agency will support people in achieving their goals, to ultimately impact the future positively.

Barbara believes in continuing education for herself and for her clients. This gained knowledge will better support her clients on their healing journey. Barbara supports individuals, couples and families with a wide range of challenges using a holistic, humanistic, strength-based, approach to support individuals with challenges like obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, depression, family counselling, adolescents, crisis trauma counselling, inter-generational trauma and complex mental health needs. Barbara has a special interest in trauma, complex care and Indigenous people. As a result of this, Barbara uses psychotherapeutic techniques, that support healing.

Jazmine Rosete, MSW, RSW

Jazmine received her Master and Bachelor of Social Work Degree from the University of Windsor and is Registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She has provided counselling and case management roles over the course of her career, serving across numerous demographics.

Jazmine has experience assisting individuals reach their desired outcomes by breaking down personal and systemic barriers.  Jazmine has acquired practical knowledge working with clients using a strength-based approach, cognitive behavioural theory and psychoeducation. Jazmine believes in a collaborative approach to helping individuals reach their goals and is passionate and committed to helping those who struggle with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, crisis, grief, addiction and self-esteem. Jazmine tenaciously believes in the inherent worth of all persons and is committed to serving individuals to attain a higher quality of life and well-being.

Ms. Amy Almeida, Office Administrator

Amy graduated from Fanshawe College in 2011 with a Medical Office Administration Diploma.  Amy brings a wealth of knowledge from various fields.  Amy supported children in her licensed home daycare while she raised her own children.  Once the children went to school, Amy shifted her focus to supporting a team with London Health Science Centre for a year as a research assistant.  Following this, Amy worked as an Office Administrator for a mental health non-profit organization, which included bookkeeping, payroll, operation budget, board meeting support, advertising, and more.  Beyond this, Amy has a passion for horse therapy, alternative health and nature.  If you have any questions or inquiry, please feel free to contact her at office@blbassociates.com or call (519) 474-3432.
